Have been reviewing like zillion docs today. Have adhered to all quality procedures and achieved little. There is whole world of chaos theory that I am missing on, QoS concepts that need brushing up and here I am free at last, nearly at the end of the day after doing so much of ''ensuring''..time to get out and practice karate...at least some sense of achievement would be there.
